Amihan Films LLC operates Eli Hiller’s filmmaking and photography inquiry services at elihiller.com. This policy explains how we handle website inquiries, assistant conversations and our owner SMS alert program. Contact: elihiller@gmail.com.

Information you provide

We collect the contact information you submit, including your name, email address and phone number, and any company, dates, location, role, budget or project information you choose to provide. When you consent to start a conversation with the AI assistant, submitted messages and replies are saved for Eli to review and follow up, including when you leave before completing a project inquiry. Unsent typing is not collected by the assistant.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, discuss project fit, check provisional availability and manage requests. A date request is subject to Eli’s final approval and does not confirm a booking or reserve a date. Providing your phone number in a client inquiry does not enroll you in automated SMS.

Service providers and storage

The website is hosted by Squarespace. The inquiry service uses Google Cloud, Google Sheets and Google Calendar. Submitted assistant messages are processed by OpenAI to generate replies. Please avoid confidential or sensitive information. We do not promise zero retention by these providers. Embedded videos and other third-party services may process device or browsing information under their own policies.

Access to the inquiry tracker is limited to authorized business access and providers needed to operate the service. We retain inquiry records as needed for follow-up, project administration and applicable recordkeeping. To request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, email us; we may need to verify your identity and retain records required for legal or business obligations.

Mobile information and SMS consent

Our SMS program is for internal booking-request alerts to the explicitly enrolled business owner, Eli Hiller. It is not a client marketing or client messaging subscription. When enabled, Twilio and telecommunications providers deliver these alerts. Message frequency varies with incoming booking requests. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information and consent records may be processed only by service providers as necessary to operate the messaging service, or as required by law; this does not authorize their use for marketing.

The owner’s enrollment record contains the provided name and mobile number, the consent statement and a timestamp. The owner saves this record privately; it is not published on this website.

Cookies and website features

Squarespace and embedded media may use cookies or similar technologies to operate their features and measure usage. Browser settings and any available provider controls can manage those technologies. The assistant uses session storage to remember whether its welcome panel has already opened in your browser tab; it does not store your contact information or saved transcript there.
