SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective October 7, 2026

These terms apply to the Amihan Films LLC Owner Booking Alerts SMS program operated through Eli Hiller’s website, elihiller.com.

Program purpose and recipient

The program sends automated, non-marketing notifications to the explicitly enrolled business owner, Eli Hiller, when a prospective client submits a website shoot-date request. Alerts may include a requested date, general location, service type or request reference. Full inquiries are reviewed in the private business inquiry tracker. Clients are not enrolled by providing their contact details.

Enrollment

Enrollment is optional and requires the owner to provide his mobile number and affirmatively select the SMS consent checkbox on the owner consent page, then save the dated consent record. Consent is specific to this program and is not a condition of purchasing services. Leaving the SMS checkbox unchecked does not prevent saving your preference record, submitting inquiries, requesting bookings or using the inquiry tracker. Saving a consent record does not itself activate SMS; activation requires completion of sender registration and configuration.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on incoming booking requests. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Stopping messages and obtaining help

Once the program is active, reply STOP to the sending number to unsubscribe. A single confirmation may be sent, and further program alerts will stop. Reply HELP for assistance or email elihiller@gmail.com. Re-enrollment requires an affirmative opt-in; any START workflow must be configured before it is offered.

Requests are not confirmed bookings

An SMS alert means a request needs review. It does not confirm a booking or reserve availability. Eli must approve scheduling and project terms directly. Message delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Use the inquiry tracker to review requests independently of SMS.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how mobile information and consent are handled. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent for marketing or promotional purposes.
